Josh Harvill is the County Engineer in Chambers County, Alabama and has served in this capacity since March of 2012. As Chambers County Engineer, Josh is responsible for managing the operations of the Highway Department which includes the construction and maintenance of the County’s 784 miles of roadways and 154 bridge structures. Josh has worked in County government since January of 2002 and is an active member of the Association of County Engineers of Alabama where he served as President from 2017 to 2018.

Josh has also been an active member of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE). Josh has served within the committee structure of NACE since 2010 and has chaired both the Members Services and Legislative Committees. Prior to his current appointment as the Southeast Regional Vice President, Josh represented the Association of County Engineers of Alabama as its State Director for NACE.

Josh holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, December of 2001.
