Tim has been the Commissioner of Public Works for Genesee County, NY since 1998. He functions as the County Engineer and oversees highway and bridge maintenance, performs environmental health reviews, and administers the county airport, the parks, recreation and forestry department and oversees facility maintenance and fleet management. He has been the county’s project manager for a $208 million regional water system consolidation and several other multi-million dollar facility improvements throughout the County including the Sheriff’s Administration Building, Airport Terminal, and County Jail. He is a Past-President of the NY State County Highway Superintendents Association as well as the National Association of County Engineers.
