Trenton Clark is the President for the Virginia Asphalt Association based in Richmond. Trenton started with the Virginia Asphalt Association in January 2011 after spending the previous 12 years with the Virginia Department of Transportation. He serves on several technical committees within Virginia as well as with the Transportation Research Board, National Center for Asphalt Technology and the National Asphalt Pavement Association. Trenton started his career at PCS/LAW in Maryland. He led numerous pavement management and design projects as well as worked on the Long-Term Pavement Performance program. Graduating from Virginia Tech in 1993, Trenton holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and Maryland. Trenton and his wife Nicky reside in Luray, Virginia and have two grown children.
