Todd Watkins, P.E., is the Road and Bridge Operations Manager for the Washington County Department of Land Use & Transportation serving a population of 600,000. He is responsible for maintaining 1300 centerline miles of roadway include 217 miles of gravel roads. A licensed Professional Civil and Geotechnical Engineer in Oregon, Todd has been a civil engineer for 30 years with an emphasis on road and bridge maintenance.

Todd is passionate about his staff’s professional development and has been a champion for training improvement, mentorship and career empowerment. He also served as President of the Oregon Chapter of the American Public Works Association and received the chapter’s William A. Bowes Service Award.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter traveling, hiking and SCUBA diving.
