Dr. David Jones is the Associate Director of the University of California Pavement Research Center (UCPRC) in Davis California, where he manages research into climate resilient, sustainable road and airfield design with special interests in pavement recycling, the use of recycled materials in pavement layers, low volume roads, and pavement forensic investigations. Dr. Jones is also a co-Director of the UCPRC’s City and County Pavement Improvement Center and prepared and presents the training modules for cold recycling and unpaved roads.
