Andrew McGuire serves as County Engineer for both Keokuk and Mahaska County in southeast Iowa. Andrew is currently the president of the Iowa County Engineers Association as well as the South-Central Region Vice President for NACE. Andrew serves on a variety of committees for both ICEA and NACE.
