Bio: Tim Pratt is a Technology Manager with forty years of experience in state / local government agencies with an emphasis on electronic workflows.  He has selected, implemented, and enhanced numerous solutions. These include Oracle Payroll System, Enterprise Content Management systems, SCADA, CAD/modeling applications, GIS and Capital Improvement Project support systems. In addition to technology projects, Tim has worked as a designer, project manager and administrator for many public infrastructure projects. Organizational structure and management is an area of emphasis. Tim enjoys creating highly effective and rewarding teams. Tim attended Southeast Community College and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Doane University.
