Andrew is the Deputy Director for CRC Central in Denton, TX. Andrew is responsible for delivering FEMA’s largest grant program helping States, Local, Tribal and Territorial entities in Regions 5, 6 and 8 rebuild their infrastructure after major disaster declarations. Andrew joined FEMA in 2016 as a Costing Specialist with the Standard Lane Team. In 2018, he became the Completed Lane Manager for Categories C-D. Andrew also served as the Acting Deputy Director before becoming the Deputy Director of the Completed Lane in 2022. Andrew graduated in 2014 from the University of Texas in Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining FEMA, Andrew was an engineer for the City of Dallas Water & Utilities engineering department.
