What's included with your booth space:
5 Exhibit Hall Only Badges and 1 complimentary Taste of Chicago Event ticket (additional tickets are $100)
8’ high background drapery (alternating blue and white drapes)
3’ high side division drapery
2- chairs
1- 6’ or 8’ skirted table draped white
1- wastebasket
1- ID sign
HALL IS NOT CARPETED. NACE DOES NOT REQUIRE CARPET. Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK) will be published and emailed to exhibit contacts on January 30th.
Exhibit Hall Booth Hours
Move-in
- Heavy Equipment Move-in (By appointment): Monday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Regular Exhibit Booth Move-in: Monday, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm | Tuesday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
** Ribbon Cutting/ Exhibit Hall Grand Opening is at 4:00 pm
Exhibit Hall Hours
- Tuesday 4:00 pm- 5:30 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am- 3:00 pm**tear down immediately following closing of the hall until 7:00 pm
Exhibit Hall Activities
- Opening Happy Hour in the Hall (Tuesday)
- Breakfast in the Hall (Wednesday)
- Lunch in the Hall (Wednesday)
- Passport to Prizes
Badge Details (please read!!!!)
All Exhibitors must have a badge to enter the Exhibit Hall. Please click the blue button above to register your booth personnel no later than April 1st. Badges registered for after April 1st will NOT be available to pick up at the registration desk until Tuesday morning which will cause a delay in accessing the Exhibit Hall for set-up on Monday. If your company wants to designate one person to pick up ALL the badges, please email registration@countyengineers.org with the company name and individual. Otherwise, Exhibit Hall Only badges will be available for individuals at registration by last name.
Exhibit Hall Only Badges provides access to all activities in the Exhibit Hall (Hall Opening Happy Hour, breakfast in the hall, and lunch in the hall). Each booth will receive one complimentary Taste of Chicago ticket (located at the Convention Center). Additional tickets may be purchased for $100 during the booth personnel registration process. The complimentary ticket will be given to the main booth contact in the registration envelope to either use or give away.
Tickets to the Annual Awards Banquet on Thursday night may also be purchased for $100.
Want to to attend the full NACE Conference?
Exhibitors may upgrade their Exhibit Hall only badges to Full Conference Exhibitor Badges for $400 prior to March 6th. This will provide the same access as a Delegate to the following:
- All technical sessions (30+ educational sessions)
- All general sessions (including 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch)
- Monday Night Welcome Reception at the Renaissance
- Annual Awards Banquet on Thursday Night
- Taste of Chicago
Badge Pick-Up
NACE Registration desk will be centrally located between the Renaissance and the Convention Center (near the grand ballroom). If you have pre-registered for your booth badges by April 1st, you may pick up your badges beginning at 2:00pm on Monday, April 14th. Please do not come early to pick-up your badge as they will not be available until 2:00pm. On-site badge changes may take up to 24 hours.
