1. Login. If you do not know your login and password you can use the retrieve password feature.

2. Go to the Schedule of Events tab above and select your sessions that you attended. Please uncheck meals and social events.

3. Click on the PDH Certificate tab. If you do not see sessions listed, that means you have not selected any sessions. Once you are logged in, you can always select sessions here. 

4. Print that page for your records.
